Draft for operator/legal review before public launch

Service description

Hexa Shield provides a web and API protection platform that may include reverse-proxy filtering, domain management, DNS controls, rate limiting, IP access rules, analytics, security events, and related account services depending on the deployed configuration.

Monthly plans

Paid self-service plans are offered on a monthly access basis. A successfully verified payment grants Customer access for the applicable monthly period. Enterprise arrangements may use a separate written agreement.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for having authority over every domain and origin they configure, maintaining accurate DNS and origin settings, protecting their own credentials, and ensuring their use complies with applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Security boundaries

Hexa Shield is a security control, not a guarantee that an application cannot be compromised. A single deployment is not represented as an unlimited volumetric DDoS scrubbing network. Service limitations are documented openly in the product documentation.

Suspension

The operator may suspend accounts or service where required for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or material violation of the service terms. Administrative actions should be auditable through the backend where supported.

Legal review required

This is a product-ready draft structure, not a substitute for legal review. Add the operating legal entity, governing law, liability terms, refund policy, dispute process, tax language, and required consumer/business terms before launch.
